This Privacy Policy explains how DELUXE M INC (“DLUXE Magazine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, use our customer portal, or place an order for advertising services. DELUXE M INC, doing business as DLUXE Magazine, is a Florida corporation located at 2206 W Atlantic Ave, Suite 200, Delray Beach, FL 33445.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. Your name, business name, contact details (email address, phone number, mailing/billing address), the advertising campaign information and materials you submit, and the records associated with signing your agreement.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We receive limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether a payment succeeded — we never see or store your full card number.
Signature records. When you sign an agreement, we retain the typed name you used, the date and time, your IP address, your device/browser information, and a fingerprint of the exact agreement, so both parties have proof of what was agreed.
Information collected automatically. Basic technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. Our portal uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure; we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Information from third parties. For example, address-verification results from our address-validation provider when you enter an address.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Fulfill your order and provide advertising and publication services;
- Process payments, invoicing, and refunds;
- Communicate with you about your order and account — payment and signature links, receipts, and order-status updates — by email, phone, and (with your consent) text message;
- Prepare, deliver, and enforce your advertising agreement;
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- Operate, maintain, and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Text messaging and mobile information
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send transactional messages about your order and account (payment and signature links, receipts, and order-status updates). Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent information will not be shared with any third party. We share your mobile number only with the messaging provider (Twilio) that delivers these messages on our behalf, solely to send the messages you have requested.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business and never sell it. This includes:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract — for example, our payment processor, Twilio (text messaging), Resend (email delivery), Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and accounting), our address-validation provider, and our hosting and infrastructure providers;
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DLUXE Magazine, our customers, or others; and
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Payment processing
Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your full card details are entered directly with that processor and are not stored on our systems. The processor's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations and to enforce our agreements. Signed-agreement and payment records are retained as business and legal records. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and two-factor authentication on administrative accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us, and you can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; because we do not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dluxemediagroup.com. We will verify and respond as required by law.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Third-party links
Our websites may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Where we operate
We operate in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
